He could take them all on his own, so, he disignited his lightsaber, dropped it, and surrendered. But, before he did, she sent a force message to Darth Shadow, requesting help. Seconds later, Luke knocked him out with some sleeping gas. Darth Shadow received the Force Message just in time and went into the Enclave's bowels by himself to help his apprentice. "Put DOWN my apprentice!" said Shadow as he ignited his two lightsabers. Luke was about to attack, but Aaida stopped him. "Luke, get out of here, and take Darth Riyan with you. I'll hold him off!" she said. "NO, Aaida, DON'T do this! There will be other battles!" replied Luke. She glared at him and smiled, "Luke, no matter how much you try to persuade me, I HAVE to put an end to this! It is my responsibility as a Jedi Master to destroy him. NOW GO! GET OUT OF HERE!" Luke looked at her and than ran for the door, escaping with Riyan on his back. He knew capturing this Sith Lord was a good idea. He had not been fully dark, so perhaps there was some way of saving him. "So, sister. Are you ready to join me?" asked Shadow. "No, I have a duty as a Jedi Master to stop you." she replied. She ignited her blue lightsaber and attack him. His apprentice was captured. He failed Riyan. But no matter. Shadow knew Riyan was never fully on the Dark path.
