Dark Lord of the Sith Posts: 285 Group: Administration Member #1 Joined: December 28, 2007	The Imperial Remnant ships headed out of hyperspace and into orbit around Serroco. The planet was glistening with Stereb coming from the planet's surface. The Grand Admiral's ship, the Annihilator, was leading the attack, and was sitting on his ship's throne. This planet was heavily protected by the Republic, for it was a planet that they could not afford to lose again. The Grand Admiral stood, and looked at his coordinators. "Have all captial ships focus on the Republic capital ships and have all Fighters focus on that space-station." said the Grand Admiral.

Member Posts: 26 Group: Members Member #16 Joined: January 24, 2008	Darik waited eagerly for his drop onto the planet. Sitting inside the dropship were him and about 10 other stormtroopers. They were silent, all of them. Just waiting for the order and to go and do their duty.

The ships moved forward towards the planet, and attacked the instant the Imperial ship were in range. The fleets commander Senior Jedi General Keithei Nalou stood watching the battle from the bridge of his command vessel, a Galactic-class battle carrier by the name of the Republican Glory. He watched sliently as the first ships of his fleet clasheed with the ships of the Imperial Remmnant fleet. He listend solemly to the commands of each ships captian over the communications system. Then Keithei Nalou felt a strange feeling suddenly, recognized it as his Battle Precognition, and spotted the command vessel of the Imperial Fleet. "Order the fleet to move on that vessel!"Keithei Nalou ordered to his comm officer." That is the Imperial Remmnant fleets command ship." For the time, Keithei chose to ignore the ground troops, as he knew if he could win a battle in space, without the support, any ground forces would fall. But first he had to win the space battle.

Plus Scythe-class main battle cruisers have not been made yet, this is 41 ABY, NOT 137 ABY. They were not created until 100 years after the Yuuzhan Vong War.)

Member Posts: 40 Group: Global Moderators Member #8 Joined: January 2, 2008	As the ships of the jedi fleet moved into ful combat with the Imperial fleet, hundreds of troop transports streamed from the capital ships and landed on Serroco. The soldiers landed around the Republic Navy Watchstation, and planned to use that area as there main staging area. Keithei remained in his command ship, and while the space battle continued , and the ground battle was about to begin he took a moment to reveiw the information he had on Serroco. He remebered that the main human population ws on a high continent away from the natives. "Have the soldier prepare for an evacuation of the civialian population," he ordered the communication officer then turned to look out at the space battle. The imperial and Jedi ships were full engaged in battle. The space around Serrco was filled with the burning hulls of destroyed and damaged ships. As weel as ships still fighting. Keithei was silent as he waited for his enemies next move.

Member Posts: 26 Group: Members Member #16 Joined: January 24, 2008	Once the gunship was near the ground, they jumped off and headed to the nearest watch station. Republic troops were trying to hold a line a couple miles to the station. Darik took a few well placed shots and the nearest Republic trooper fell. Suddenely, a gunship roared overhead and blew the Republic line to bits. Darik grinned, the Republic troops had no chance.

"Send 15,000 ground troops as reinfocements around the capital city. Have all forces retreat to the capital city. Send an additional 5,000 troops to prepare for an evacuation. Also send a request back to Yavin IV for an additioanl 100 ships as reinforcements." Order all ships to prepare to retreat to the outer edge of the sytems a my command. From there we will reattack. But order them to wait for my order. Drop the soldiers first." Keithei ordered, not even looking at the soldier. The soldier, an assisstant to the communications officer quickly followed the orders, and within mnutes hundreds of troop transports left the battling space ships and landed down around the capital city of Serroco. Within half an hour, the majority of the Republic troops had retreat to the capital city, and had began creating a defensive line around the city. However, not long after the line was begun, Keithei receive news from Yavin IV. The Council would not send reinfocements unsless absolutely necessadry. Keithe had expected this, and so it did not idmage his plans. "Order all ships to retreat to the edge of the sytem. Send order to the ground troops to hold around the capital at all cost. Once the ships have retreat begin a timer of 5 minutes. When that time is done we will reattack." Keithei ordered. Now, he thought, the battle truly begins.
