So we just finished our first week of school! Of course, it's hectic getting to know all of your classes of the day, but it was pretty darn productive, all things considered.

The main thing I focused on this week was Schoology. Since Edline's kinda becoming remote now, it was really important to get down the groundwork for it as soon as possible, so that I could communicate with my teachers effectively. And so far, it feels a lot like Facebook to me. I'm not an avid user of Facebook, but it has those notifications, walls/timelines per class, and the general aesthetic resembles a black + white version of it. But yeah, that's been my main focus of the week. It's kinda cool how people in my other classes seem clueless, and I can point out how to do different things on schoology and I can show them how everything works!

The other thing I worked on was making this website! I'm really used to forums, so it didn't take much to figure out the basics, but I know there's a lot of customization that you can do with this forum. Because of that, it's a little painful seeing it so bare... but I plan on developing it as time goes on. I've seen forums have custom themes, emojis, ect, and being the graphic artist I am, I wanna make this look as good as it can! Another thing on my agenda is trying to figure out if I can put these subforums in subheadings on the top of the website instead of having them exist as subforums... it'd look a lot more like a website that way, and maybe the forums could be used for something else. I dunno. But that's my personal goal - to work on developing this throughout the month.
