POWERS

Skrull Physiology: The Skrulls are a breed of green-skinned humanoids from the Andromeda Galaxy. They are a fierce warrior race who carved for themselves the oldest interstellar empire in the universe's history. Skrull science is generally at a higher level than the science of human civilization. The Skrulls were ruled by an Emperor or Empress, who had absolute power.
In the beginning the Skrulls were a peaceful, scientifically inclined race on Skrullos, a planet in the Drax system. Almost a billion years ago the Celestials arrived and experimented on the Skrulls' reptilian ancestors. As the Celestials did with humans, they split the species into three branches: the "normal" branch who were capable of eventually rapidly evolving into Celestial-like beings, the shape-shifting Deviant branch, and the immortal Eternal branch. As in the case with humans, the Deviant and Eternal branches went to war. Unlike the case with humans, however, the Deviant branch wiped out all other Skrulls, thus all modern Skrulls were descendants of the Deviant branch. The Skrulls later split into two more groups, being the modern Skrulls and the Dire Wraiths, a parasitic race that could still shape-shift and had use of magic, but were not as technologically advanced as the Skrulls. Dire Wraith's are analogous to the Skrulls as vampires are to humans.
  • Shapeshifting: Alihk is able to alter his form into that of anything organic. It must, however, be solid. Being a Superskrull. Alihk can mimic someone's powers. And their appearance, but he hasn't unlocked the ability yet. He can also use his abilities to grow extra limbs. He has a size limit of twelve feet tall (large), and about the size of a common housefly (small). He can also manipulate his mass to the point of where he looks like a balloon with legs and a head. Shapeshifting also allows Alihk too elongate, and shape items out of his body parts. (EG. A parachute, wings, or weapons)

    • Peak Human Durability: Alihk is much more durable than he is strong. As it has been shown, that he has fell off of buildings (Not skyscrapers) and survived without little more than a broken arm or leg. His durability seems to be maxed out at five hundred pounds of force being put on his body. He has demonstrated such durability by being, shot with a .45 ACP. Being struck by a European longsword. Being tossed through walls, and being assaulted with a barrage of weapons taken from the Medieval Age.

      • Power Replication:Alihk can replicate another persons powers with the use of his X-GENE. He is able to do so because of experimentation done on him to make him into a Super-Skrull. Allowing him by touch, to replicate a persons powers. Whether it be Pyrokinesis or strength. Though he cannot mimic absolute powers, or any physiology, because those are most of the time exclusive to the user. This power requires fifteen seconds of contact with the person who he is trying to mimic for it to work.

Neyaphem are mutants. They aren't true demons, so that answers that. And secondly, his Kree has a mutation, and aliens are the exception not the rule. Just because we accept one alien doesn't mean we accept all. If someone applied earlier? It'd be fine. But Rhys reached for the alien spot first so he got it. Aliens at mutant academies are by and large rare, therefore it is a very limited position.

Might I add, the whole "he has it so why can't i" argument of a five year-old doesn't really get you anything, it just annoys us because it's childish.

X-men are in the marvel universe, as are Kree, I don't see you bitching to Rhys about it though?
since my name has been brought onto this thread twice:

1. tzahn is the genetic evolution of the kree: therefore he is a mutant
2. there have been aliens in jgs such as brood, doop and kubark & they are rare
3. trying to get ur character approved based on "rhys has his approved" is not acceptable seeing as my character is a mutant, whilst you are re-creating a super skrull. if you want to be a mutant skrull, there are such things. here's a link: http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Mutant_Skrulls you'll be more likely to be accepted if u make one of these as you'll then be a mutant.
