Being able to control shadows doesn't open you up to having enhanced speed or reflexes, which for the record i'm gonna put down can't double as one application. Also 75mph is the superhuman limit so you'd be contradicting yourself. I don't know what you mean by "darker energy" or "darkness energy" but energy manipulation of any form is capped. Also you should be limited to where shadows actually appear, meaning at her current level unless there is already a shadow present you can't create your own as you'd need a lightsource.

Updated the description on Umbrakenetic Combat. Now, as Amanda stated earlier 100 MPH is the cap for Superhuman Reflexes & Speed, I can always dull it down if 75 MPH is too fast to begin with. She cannot control shadows, she can only form into one. Controlling the shadows would be being able to freeze someone with their shadow, or form weapons out of the shadows around her ; She has a trait of Umbrakenisis ; not the entirety of the power. Umbrakenetic Combat is what it says, Combat. Without Reflexes & Speed, hand to hand combat is ineffective; especially in Comic Roleplay when every hand to hand combatant has some form of advanced reflexes or speed. Also, I changed from manipulation to creation so she can only create the energy, not manipulate it into any complex forms besides emitting it at people. If you don't like the emission and creation, I can always include another application in place of those, although I would love to keep them.

As you're not superhuman, you wouldn't be able to move at anything close to it in any way.

Again using energy in any shape or form that isnt something like electricity, heat, fire is capped. Dark energy counts.
