[The scene opens up in the middle of Pitt arena, empty with but one exception. Seated in the middle of that empty ring in a folding chair is none other than the Ginger Ninja herself, Molly O'Hatherine. She sports her black and green hoodie, cargo pants, and running shoes, the headband tied securely around her forehead. She stares down at the canvas with her free hand rubbing that injured and heavily braced arm.] Molly: I asked fer this after watching Melinda Rhodes fight Kaejo at tha' last show. I saw somethin' in tha' way she moved in tha' ring and, even with me hurt arm, I think I know how tae' beat her. [She rubs that hurt arm, her eyes cast down upon it.] I know a woman like her smells blood in tha' water when she sees injuries. I've gotta' be focused and careful. After me fight with Kaeora, I'm not at one hundred percent. However, I cannae' imagine that Kaejo is exactlae' at top condition either. Mel put a prettae' good hurt on her despite everythin' else that happened. [Molly clasps her hands together and leans forward in her seat.] Me mind goes out to Legs N' Arse, hopin' they prove triumphant against their newfound enemies, Mercy and Sin. They and tha' new Partae' Militia were savaged badlae' and while I have no real love fer Erica Smith, I still feel bad fer her bein' in tha' hospital. [She sighs softly, then sits up as her thoughts drift to a happier subject.] I've spent alot of time with Siobhan and Muirne. Good people with good hearts aren't a common thing in our world of professional wrestlin'. It did me a world of good ta' train with them. Made me think of happier times. I miss oldman Fitzpatrick. He was a good mentor and I'll never forget tha' impact he made on me life. Ta' think that I've helped these two women in such a short span of time achieve so much. I never pegged meself for bein' able ta' teach someone anythin', but there I was, impartin' wisdom I never knew I had. We'll keep trainin' till tha' day before tha' show as well. [A soft chuckle passes through her freckled lips. Molly lifts those bright green eyes from the fixed stare on the canvas, finally looking directly into the camera at us.] It's just a shame I cannae' keep talkin' about that. It was such great fun, but I have ta' bring it back ta' Kaejo. [Her expression turns serious.] Kaejo, yer hurtin' tha' people I care about. As I said, I requested this match with ye' despite me better judgement because those are me friends. Mallorae' is a good woman who is bein' tormented by what ye' do. Melinda Rhodes, while not exactlae' me favorite person in tha' world, has earned a place back in me circle. Yer a bloodae' boogae' woman is what ye' are. Ya' go 'round tryin' ta' break people usin' their fears as a weapon. Well, Kaejo, ya' wonnae' break me. I know what I'm gettin' into and some have alreadae' told me I'm in over me head. [Molly props one elbow on her knee, her right hand resting on her thigh.] Thing is, if I listened tae' every betch who told me I was in over me head, I'd have never gotten as far as I have as a wrestler. I'll see ye' on tha' 29th, ya' fawk uglae' painted betch! [She rises out of that chair and steps off camera, the scene fading quickly to black.] |
