What strikes me about this Stuart and Mick storyline is that it doesn't have a sign-posted story route. This isn't an "Action-Reveal-Aftermath" kind of storyline. I have no idea where it's going. I have no idea who the hero is. Or the Villain. Or if there even are any. It's so fresh and exciting and on the pulse, that I truly can't envision where it is leading to. When was the last time a soap storyline as felt that way?

EastEnders is laying the foundations for an absolute belter of an Autumn. I can feel it.
How amazing is it that the show is genuinely pushing boundaries with the stories that it tells again? It’s really interesting to see a storyline that we haven’t seen a million times before.
