"Been there. Done that - got the T shirt!" (You..do know that saying, yes? I'll feel so old if you don't.)
My sentiments exactly. ... And remember, I'm the resident 'old guy' around here.

I'm betting most of you wouldn't understand some of the phrases I still use. :P

Sorry. I feel old enough to be a grandmother sometimes, and I forget I apparently have "my life ahead of me". "I feel as if I've lived 1000 years sometimes, then others I'll feel like not a single day."

Sure I would. Unless you're over 30, I'll know them from the older sibs. I get weird looks for old expressions all the time. :P

Also, Sweetie? I think that's what you'd look like trying to run away from Me at 0:34. (Excepting the fact neither of us look like that, that is.)I told you I wouldn't use my own two feet.
Y' know what, Princess? I'm not gonna watch it to find out. But just remember that two feet can go places four wheels can't.

you know what's really sad? when those your age have no idea what you are talking about when it happened in your generation...

we went to best buy for a movie...but we didn't have a DVD player yet so we wanted VHS
we ask one of the employees (he was not much older than i...maybe 5 yrs at most) he looked as us strangely "What's a VHS?" i was shocked! i felt anchient...thats like is someone in the last generation doesn't know what a turn table is... (i know because we have one and it still works...we are cool like that...exposed to all the different parts of the world through keeping everything  hey it still works... why not?)

plus i bet i am the only one here who knows about 'Wolfenstein 3D'

i managed to get VHS until star wars 3 (which is the movie we were looking for...either that or national treasure...no...i am certain it was starwars)
so we have about 95% on VHS i would say :D

many of those are disney and related movies from our younger days... they take up a couple of shelves...and the other bunch is all Star Trek (we have the entire original series...some TNG one Voyager and all the movies where the original characters are involved)

Most of our movies are VHS, but all the newer ones we've gotten for christmas the past few years are DVD. Which I actually like better because I can watch them on my computer. But I still can't imagine someone not knowing what a VHS is, especially someone who sells movies.
