I just started this one called Ruby Key after my little sister finished it. Pretty interesting so far (I like how the author describes fairy stuff - she doesn't use the word 'indescribable in her descriptions)

Also, with the Borders in my area going out of business (NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!) I foolishly spent 50 bucks on the full-color compilation of the first 50 Witchblade comics having not actually read the comic itself prior to, only knowing of it.

I tried reading Kingdom's Dawn recently. I couldn't get into it. I'm giving myself A for effort, thought. I exerted some of that. :$

And finally! Sojourn came in at the library! Other than that, I'm reading Enemy at the Gates (about the battle for Stalingrad).

My experience before was never good with history stories like that. But I picked up Enemy at the Gates from the library at my school in NYC while I was there, and was happily surprised. I can definitely recommend that book (and discovering one of the individuals related by name shares birthdays with me had nothing to do with it. Really)

Just started to read The Wheel of Time books. Finished book 1 now waiting for book 2 to come in from the library.
While I'm waiting I'll read this used book I got called, The Woods Out Back by R. A. Salvatore. Looks interesting.

I'm currently reading "The Zombie Survival Guide", on how to prepare and defend against the rising dead. And also "Professor Stewart's cabinet of mathematical curiosities".

I also finished "Wizard's first rule" a little while ago. It falls foul of a few too many tropes, but the story is well told and got better toward the end and left me wanting to read the next book in the series. Only trouble is I have too little time to read and they're pretty thick books, and quite a lot of them. Besides, I already have a whole shelf of other books still on my reading list. (And two boxes full. ... I really shouldn't be buying books faster than I can read them.)

Just finished 'The Sleeping Beauty' and now reading 'The Fairy Godmother' (both by Mercedes Lackey).

Although, for some strange and unknown reason, I dreamed I was reading Fruits Basket with Shadow.

Reading a rather odd new series involving Sherlock Holmes and something of, I wanna say a Mary Sue (her name's even Mary), but remarkably tolerable - currently in the third book of the series "A Letter of Mary"

Also just finished "The Domino Pattern" by Timothy Zahn.

And towr, I would see I enjoyed those up to around book five (with the exception of one COMPLETELY unnecessary chapter in book four) before I got fed-up with the repeating pattern and unnecessary content.

Finished The Woods out Back, not too bad and the it's first book I ever read that has a leprechaun in it!
Next on my reading list is The Dragon's Dagger (the sequel to The Woods out Back) and Elfhunter: A Tale Of Alterra, The World That Is by C. S. Marks, The Un-Magician (Outcast, Book 1) by Christopher Golden.
