Currently reading 'The Legacy of the Drow' series by R A Salvatore....though unfortunately, the only copy the library had was all four books in one volume. That things bigger than a dictionary. :ninja:

Bigger than which dictionary? Some take up a whole shelf, you know.
(In fact, the largest printed dictionary is the Dutch dictionary "het Woordenboek der Nederlandse taal", whose 43 volumes take up about 3 meters, 10 feet, of shelf space.
And on the other extreme, the purportedly smallest one is just an inch tall. I think every book I've read is bigger than that one  )

Just finished 'The Crystal Gryphon' by Andre Norton- now on 'Gryphon in Glory' by same. Both are from her Witch World: High Halleck Cycle (I always wanted to know the backstory for the characters in 'Songsmith'). B)

Finished reading Elfhunter by C.S. Marks. Good story! Now I'm part way through The Elf and the Princess (another good read) and next is
Luthiel's Song Dream of the Ring Vale -another book about elves...

I seemed to have a sudden obsession with elves... :D

Elves! Ha! -that reminds me of when I went to see the Two Towers with a couple friends of mine. Katie sat between me and Nat' in the theatre and periodically as Legolas would do something awesome she'd lean over to Nat' and whisper "gonna marry me an elf one day."

Aw, she liked Legolas? I made my older bro promise to find me the closest thing to Boromir, myself.

I don't think she wanted him specifically. Boromir, huh? I'd say Faramir, but really either one isn't a bad choice at that, without the One Ring involved

Well, I'm sorta procrastinating the Two Towers, so.

Actually, that's who I would pick, too (Faramir).

Well, then I can maybe forgive you. Faramir certainly got the short shrift in the films.

Done with The Elf and the Princess now on Luthiel's Song Dream of the Ring Vale
Since I'm going through a elf craze-madness anybody got any good elf books to recommend?
