False, it doesn't have one. And I had to look up the definition of syzygy, cause I always forget it again. The next person wishes people were better at understanding them. |

True. But then sometimes I realize it may be for the best that they don't, and besides that I can't really complain about people not understanding me when I'm no better at understanding them. The next person doesn't like playing Host/Hostess for long periods of time. EDIT: And I looked up Lyssa's word - it seems to be an alternate spelling. Edited by Me, Sep 29 2010, 03:45 PM.

(In what dictionary did you find it as alternative spelling?) True, I don't want to play host at all. The next person is always right. |

(I didn't find it in the dictionary, however I have seen it in books before and I am always directed to syzygy, with the suggestion that is may be an alternate spelling. My guess would be it's an older spelling - such as "chuse" for "choose" in older books.) True, naturally. ...Well, okay, actually false. 'Cause, once I thought I was wrong, but then I turned out to be right, so I guess I was wrong about that. The next person has a knife on their person. |

(It can't be an older spelling, since etymologically syzygy derives from syn- "together" + zygon "yoke", so it's always had an s to start with. I suspect some people simple don't know how to spell it and think it looks more interesting with a z; before long they'll call it zyzyzy. [edit]Apparently Zyzzyva (close enough) is a genus of weevil. (Obviously, I would look up to see if zyzyzy is anything, or close to anything.)[/edit]) False. The next person can stand on their head for 5 minutes. Edited by towr, Sep 29 2010, 05:44 PM.
