Science is one of those things I muddle through. Math I can do, everything else...no.

You can actually see people's local time if you click their profile. Well, assuming they have set their forum clock correctly.

You know, I think that if I actually had thought like that occur to me I wouldn't have to ask so many questions.

Oh, and this is totally random: I bet NONE of you (exept perhaps towr, since he said he speaks some German) can guess what this song is about without looking it up. But it's the most amazing thing of it's kind (You'll get what I mean later) out there. Watch it. ^^

The Latin might clue some in.

Heh. I didn't know other people used Latin and Greek to break things down. Saved my ass for vocab/spelling test grades more times than I even care to admit. :P I'm just the only person I know that does.

Yep. Let no one say the Lord's Prayer is boring. (Which you'd be surprised at the number that do) I've heard modernized prayers before, and they've all danced the line of being iffy (especially the ones with pop), but THIS one, is just plain awesome. My mom thought it was horrible corrupting music when she found me listening to it and started to read me the riot act that preludes grounding of the internet; I was going "No, mom, really; IT'S THE LORD'S PRAYER, I promise! The angry voice and chanting are singing the Lord's Prayer!" (And she speaks German, so she had to believe me - but only after I convinced her to listen to it before being grounded. *wipes forehead* That one was close. )

EDIT: And I found/changed the link to one that didn't cut out part of it! /pleased

You could make the tax code sound exciting if you put it to the right music. It has little bearing on how exciting or boring it is.

I don't know about that - the enjoyment I get out of music is as much the lyrics as it is the music itself.

Maybe that's why I don't enjoy very many instrumental/classical artists.

i think the lyrics are secondary...but if you do understand and they are baaaaaaaaad lyrics..it tends to ruin a good song
