So, Elys said she has a pretty good handle on her Economics class.
Well, when I was rolling papers this morning I saw this headline and thought maybe you'll find this interesting. Or maybe her prof. or classmates, I dunno.

Thought I'd throw it out here anyway.

Interesting indeed (even if I'm not fond of McDonalds food :P ).
My professor probably would find it interesting, too.

I personally don't consider McDonalds food as, in fact, food.

But it does make an intriguing case.

The fries are ok. And it's convenient if you find yourself abroad to know where you can find a reliable source of fries.

I was never really a fry fan, personally.

But everything tastes better fried!
Well, ok, maybe frying mars-bars and coke is taking it a step too far, but still.

Ah, yes, it's a bit ambiguous. I thought he meant he wasn't a fan of fried food in general; but it could just be fries in particular. But hey, maybe I meant 'fried' as in covered in fries, like sugared or battered or buttered, ever thought about that? (No, no, just ignore the last sentence of that post that doesn't agree with the reinterpretation at all.)

Actually the first thing I though was, "what's his problem with Stephen Fry"?

Potatoes and meat are pretty much the only things in my opinion that taste better fried...and only sometimes.

Okay, okay - so I was rather ambiguous.

Specifically, I just haven't met a kind of fries I really like.

Plenty of other things are quite nice fried.
Though I still have yet to actually try a fried Twinkie

if they are well seasoned and not so greasy, i'm sure those would be more to your liking (trouble is, you don't much find them...they are scarce)
