The lesson was a mini-lesson (day 3) on how to support our thinking using details from the text. (text evidence) The lesson started with reviewing the vocabulary. Students were broken into groups to play a vocabulary game with the vocab words, called Tableu. After the vocabulary game, students were taught whole group in a seminar setting. Questions were posed to the students to discuss in conversation as a whole group and required to use the text to support their thinking. The lesson wrapped up by students going back to their seat to wirte about reading. The question students had to respond to independently was Why does Clemente feel alone and out of place when he goes to Pittsburg?

Karilena,
I loved how you used Google Classroom and the sentence frames. Your lesson sounded very engaging and tech savvy. :)
