Soljit Soldiaura. Coming in six overall breeds, The Soljit Soldiaura are rather diversified in heights and weights, making their averages rather loosened as a whole, from 1.8-3 meters, and from 90-130 kilograms. Their diet is also relative to the breeds as well as some structural differences amongst them all. The Soldiaura are mostly Canid like showing canine like claws that have the feline feature of retraction amongst some breeds, a large snout extending to serve for a better sense of smell and breathing with large nostrils. A prehensile tail that sways quickly when they show good will emotion besides a smile when appeased. Feet that are resemblant of paws, and thin soft pads on the palm area of their hands, which are only three-fingered and have one posable thumb on each. They Soldiaura also have Feline features such as their ears that extend out of the top of their skulls rather long and wide for a better sense of hearing around them.

Saoanese Soldiaura: The most populous breed of the Soljit Soldiaura this breed happens to be at a height average of 1.8-2.4 meters and weighing in around 90-110 kilograms. Their diet consists of a omnivorous style, though they tend to eat more vegetation than meats on a regular basis. Their overall look is a rather silky, thick fur coat over their skin that can be many vibrant colors due to the multitude of pigmentation mutations over the Millennia. The Saoaneese have a breed specific mutation as well. Some of their offspring can be born claw less, or even spike less, though its not too often that this can be seen amongst their population. one in every five thousand. The Saoaneese tend to live in Deciduous forests mostly, and even in some slightly mountainous areas where they build homes out of the natural formations.

Ixain Soldiaura: Not as populous as the Saoanese, but they do outsize the other breeds with a whopping height average of 2.1-3 meters tall. Their weight however is slightly higher than the Saoaneese at around 95-115 kilograms. Their diet is purely omnivorous, keeping meats and vegetation at an equivalent balance. Their overall look is soft fur with a shiny gloss luster. Ixains come in a variety of colors as well, though they tend to lean more into shades of certain colors rather than more unique colors in general. The breed specific mutation amongst Ixain Soldiaura tends to be a multi tailed mutation, though having more than one tail seems to be a trade with prehensile traits the other species has, This trait is slightly more prevalent than the Saoaneese mutation, one in around three thousand for at least two- to three tails. The Ixains tend to live in more dynamic landscape and weather areas (kind of like Europe correct me if i'm wrong).

Artipamik: The strongest and heaviest breed of Soldiaura, standing at heights between 1.7-2.3 meters and weighing between 100-130 kilograms. The Artipamik has thick usually white flowing fur and sharp saber teeth for cutting into meats which make up almost all of their diet. A breed mutation happens to be albinism, making their entire body pigment less from their fur down to their skin. Some say that its very useful in heavy set snow for camouflage. Artipamik Soldiaura tend to live in very cold climates where they hunt for food even gather cold adapted vegetation.

Hercleus: The shortest Soldiaura breed at 1.8-2.2 meters tall, as well as the lightest around 90-110 kilograms The Hercleus ends to be more herbivorous due to living in Mediterranean places with plenty of water and fertile lands. Their fur tends to be thinner than the Ixain and Saoanese, but it comes out very vibrant and velvet like which helps keep them warm in the moderate winters and prevents them from getting overheated during the warm summers. They also appear to have a strange snout shape where the very end of it is smaller than the rest of the snout's length.

Rhamis: A Fairly lanky, but fast breed at 1.9-2.5 meters and 95-118 Kilograms. It's diet is fairly carnivorous like the Artipamik since it lives in more arid desert climates and savanna. The Rhamis Soldiaura is mostly with fur with the exception of an occasional even area of fuzz on their midsection that provides some measure of keeping warm during desert nights. A unique mutation amongst Rhamis Soldiaura which is even more rare at one on 10,000, Is the ability to sweat, which most other Soldiaura find to be a very strange mutation besides multiple tails in terms how it benefits the Rhamis Soldiaura who have it against health problems like heat exhaustion and heatstroke

Cherok: The most adaptable breed of the Soldiaura, standing at the full height and weight range of the entire species. Living in an array of mountainous, subtropical and temperate areas as fully balanced omnivores that live off the land while innovating new tools that make life an easier task for farming and raising livestock. The Cherok Soldiaura tends to have fur that has seasonally changing thickness due to them shedding in warmer environments and growing a thicker coat in cooler ones. They also tend to have the shortest snouts of all of the other breeds, and the most rounded.

Cernine: Hailing from the world of Cernie, this more easily made out caniforms once ruled their own empire but now reside back on their home world under Soljit Rule They average in around 1.4- 2.0 meters in average height and weighs from 75-105 kilograms. They have a meat leaning omnivorous diet and tend to live in mostly desert/tundra/mountains/savanna/Mediterranean environments on their world. The Cernines also tend to have concealing colors and varying body types pending on the region they live in.

Slagavian Human: A rather simple lifestyle human from the planet known as Slagavia. They range in at heights of 1.5-2.2 meters tall, and around 80-110 kilograms. they are omnivorous and well sustained by their natural talent of agricultural knowhow and yield. Slagavian skin is light colored, sometimes even pale while their hair tends to be darker, but thinner than most other species. Slagavians tend to stick around lands that are flat and generally get plenty of sunlight, as well as mildly warm temperatures over the course of the calendar year.

Galloseraph: A rather feline like being that holds the record for being the smallest of Soljit citizens, only coming in at 1-1.4 meters tall and the lightest at 60-95 kilograms. But don't let their sizes fool you, the Galloseraph are very industrious and resourceful, having a mainly carnivorous diet because their digestive system is not able to digest plant material as efficiently. Galloseraphs also tend to like high land regions where heights tend to be their forte in terms of traveling place to place, which has earned them reputably tall cities on flatter regions of their home world Fenacher.

In the Soljit cultures, Variations of styles, cuisines, values and methods of emotional expression are variated pending on sub breed and region of Soljit territory that you are in. The Saoaneese as an example are the most intellectually inclined and the least emotionally expressive in public. Using their martial art called Ishiyoso they have bred into their culture sense of discipline and intellectualism and hold facts highly over faith in an effort to learn about the universe and how it works. The Saoaneese also tend to express their emotions most in forms of art to display proudly.

Cernine culture tends to be somewhat similar to Soljit culture, though they tend to be highly expressive in conversations in many ways, sometimes it can even affect the mood of a topic. They usually take a wave as a greeting and try to be polite to visitors that come around to their worlds, very hospitable. Cernines also use a lot of slang in their dialects, sometimes its best to ask them to explain what their slang words mean.

Slagavian culture tends to be sort of a melting pot style. using whatever greetings that regional locals have, they tend to be very welcoming of outsiders as long as said outsider integrates with the Slagavian way of life if they intend to stay. Other than that, Slagavians are very much liking of folk lore and stories from other parts of the galaxy and even home stories from the locals. Slagavians end to have some reverence to a deity of sorts as well, using the word God in their speech sometimes. after further delving into this, it was discovered that Slagavians have a rather deistic look on life.

Major Religions: (How many virgins are sacrificed to the Great Mighty MonkeyLord of Tau Ceti V? Why are they sacrificed? Etc, but suiting your religion(s) obviously.)

Hepism: This is more less barely a religion and can be called just a life philosophy in general. Originated in Ancient Jiaso by the newly established emperor, Heping Guangming, It is a belief system that the universe is infact a living thing that has made life into its method of learning about itself. Guangming’s teachings also teach its followers of how to be peaceful towards those you have differences with and treat them as if they were like you. Hepism is by far the best known religion in the ISR only coming short of the non-religious/Atheist population.

Arpam Paganism: The Artipamik Soldiaura in their own ancient culture tell tales of gods who fought other mythical beasts to protect Arpam from the dangers of the cosmos beyond Soljit IV. Their gods consist of 3 main deities and 27 minor deities

Rhamis Abrism: A monotheistic religion that a select few Rhamis Soldiaura still worship. It tells the story of a soldiaura named Abrimis, and a single goddess, Rham, Who created the universe in her image and vowed to make all life acknowledge and worship her as said creator. (This has given the ancient Rhamis Soldiaura as rather dark Reputation of violence and crusading)

Hercleon Paganism: Similar to the Artipamik only except the Hercleon Gods were in fewer number and these deities were givers of good will and light to the hercleus. This sort of helped Hercleus soldiaura when they met the Saoaneese for the first time, it is also written in history books, that the Hercleus once hailed Heping Guangming as a prophet of peace for their gods.

Cherok Universalism: The Cherok soldiaura used to worship this a lot more seriously back then, but as of today it is a cultural reference as they give their spirits from dead ancestors a sort of ritual object tethering on a holiday that seems rather similar to how Halloween was back when it started (similar to modern day Halloween today but not so much evil dead horror movie stuff)

Ixain Secularism: In a sense, the Ixain culture more or less determined that they were their own gods and marveled at their own intellectual brilliance. This led them to having a gray morality type of image, where they saw it as their responsibility to lead the globe in their frame of mind and superiority (technically, this led to the Ixains becoming the token “white man” of the soldiaura)

Cernie Star worshippers: The Cernines are evidently worshipping stars as an endless collection of deities in the universe. That is all.

Slagavian Deism: not exactly a religion, but most slagavian humans tend to believe in a general deity.

Civil Service: (Healthcare! Orphanages! Welfare! All the fun things to burn! How much of that does your government support with tax dollars?)

Most Soljit Tax Jits are centered towards education, scientific research, and the arts, with civil programs (like social security and others in that category) coming in second, and military in a close third.

Policing: (Describe how policing works in your nation, whether there are simple slaps on the wrist or if public floggings are regular. Also how much of a panopticon your nation is; are there secret police watching the police while they watch the people?)

Soljit policing is mostly organized in a similar style to how you’d see the British police/Scotland yard would be like, though with different ranks and equipment used pending on what they are called in for. They have multiple centers, usually one in each major city.
The Soljit police also tend to be a bit more understanding towards civil instances when they are called and only make arrests in these cases if they need be. In its very own sense. The Soljit police are local peace keepers that literally follow the serve and protect vow almost religiously.

Justice: (Describe your judicial system works, such as whether you have juries or not or if you let local lords handle all matters of justice.)

The Soljit Judicial system isbased similarly off of what you see in the United Sates, though on a more scaled up level such as the Imperial court being the ISRs “supreme court” following down to the planetary courts, then the continental courts, down to district courts, each being assigned to an arrange of offenses by severity. The district and continental courts handle most civil and minor criminal cases. The planetary and imperial courts handle more serious crimes and highly controversial civil cases in their severities are important enough.

Focus: (Heavy Industry, Consumer, Services, etc)
The Soljit economy focuses mainly on services and consumer satisfaction. Seeing a particular economic philosophy, the Ixains created a system that focuses on keeping customers happy and healthy so they’d keep buying the product from the businesses that they work for.

Soldiaura tend to be the least emotionally expressive in business situations, their goal in business is to perform business and be as
professional as possible.

Social Leanings: (Do your people want change or are they happy with how things are?)

Most soldiaura in the ISR are very well contempt with how their government works, there are a few of those who would like to see change. The Cernines however are more wanting of change that benefits their species in terms of political power. Slagavians express a want t vote on more positions and issues. and Galloseraph usually go with the flow for how the soljits run the government, as long as they get their pay for their work.

Economic Leanings: (How much government intervention do your people want)

The average Soljit citizen tends to like a balance between government interaction and corporate independence. Just enough for a happy level of capitalism is active where both the middle and upper classes gain wealth over time.

Democratic Leanings: (Where your population stands on the sliding scale of OORAH DEMOCRAZY vs DAS FUHRER)

Soljit citizens tend to enjoy their level of influence over the government, with elections that happen every other four years for each member of the parliament and judicial houses on a two year flip flop between houses.

Wealth Disparity: (Is everyone living arm in arm in a Marxist utopia or are the masses told to eat cake? Describe the wealth divide between the rich and poor in your nation.)

Wealth happens to be redistributed in a very effective way such as where the rich get taxed the most, and the poorest will be taxed the least. While tax rebates are reverse, where the poor get a genuine amount of tax dollar return whereas the richest get the least amount of tax return. This system in turn will stimulate economics in the low wealth populace to make an attempt to get into the middle class.

Desired Effectiveness of Government: (How apathetic are your people as to where their tax dollars go)

The soldiaura are very contempt with where their tax dollars go with a few groups here and there sharing some concern of where some tax money isn’t going. The cernines are more voicing of this concern when it comes to social programs like social security and produce tickets.

Activism/Engagement: (How often do occupy movements get pepper sprayed)

Most Soljit activist protesting happens to be very calm and unified in chanting, even lower level political leaders such as parliamentaries will meet with protesters and listen to their concerns to try and see if anything can be made to change if at all. Cernie protests happen to be a little more rowdy and full of volume, and tend to have a more forceful response by Soljit authorities if they get too violent.

Multicultural: (How accepting of differing cultures is your national establishment and corporate laws)

The ISR tend to be in a stance of Respectful Xenophobia. Whereas they aren’t exactly trusting of foreigners visiting, let alone becoming citizens and taking up residence. But being as emotionally disciplined, foreigners are given a chance to integrate and learn. If any foreigner visiting the ISR wishes to impress a soldiaura, learn to speak in any of their fluent languages and display your knowledge of their cultures, it would earn you some easy friends in the ISR.

Religiousness: (The degree of faith and fundamentalism, or the lack thereof, in your nation)

Religiousness tends to differ between religious demographics and locations such as holy cities.

Mass Media Addiction: (To what degree are children raised by the TV set?)

I is a very amazing sight to see how soldiaura offspring, or rischeurs to better call them, use their devices. Soldiaura having a nature of learning and teaching their offspring off of evidence collected have evolved into using mass media for mainly educational purposes first, then cultural entertainment, followed by gaming. Galloseraph are just now settling into this way of life, receiving newer updates in the news about weather and current events, though they tend to like radio music entertainment over most other media.

General Public Health: (Do your people have all their limbs/tentacles/eye stalks? How are prosthetics, cloned organs, mechanical replacements, or wooden pegs? Etc)

Soljit public health is at a decent rating, medical care is affordable across the board, even for the poorest regions of the ISR. Sickly conditions are well under control, and both government and private corporations are into cybernetic treatment for amputees and crippled citizens. And for genetic diseases, the ISR government and a few private companies are delving into genetic therapy/modification to virtually eliminate disease of every sort.

Unrest: (Are people apathetic/complacent or do they think that your national leader would look far better with the Dullahan style?)

Unrest tends to be low around most of the populous except for the Cernine home system where more protests happen to be held as of current. The other hand, they tend to be inattentive to what their leaders wear as long as its professional looking and expressive of mood.

National Service: (does your nation have the draft, volunteers only, or perhaps a caste system? What is the length of service for new recruits? Are there battlefield commissions, what are the requirements for becoming an officer? Elaborate.)

The ISR has a recruitment/Volunteer system that picks up and stations members in the military right in their home system, even home world if possible, this system ensures a boot in moral support and fighting spirit if any vessel were to ever become attacked. The downside to this may as well be if a system is lost it could fully demoralize the local forces retreating to another system.

Quality and Quantity: (What is your nations stance? Do they take pride and care to make every ship and soldier a singularly powerful war machine, or do they see quantity as a quality all its own?)

The ISR see quantity as a lower concern as they focus slightly more on quality of their forces, making each naval vessel a force to be reckoned with especially at long distances. Their troops are trained by their tested abilities as well, giving them a better sense of ability and confidence in combat with their equipment. The downside to this would be lack of training in most other formats of equipment such as a soldier that’s comfortable with a shotgun being ordered to use a sniper, it wouldn't be a good decision.

Orbital Bombardment Capability:

Soljit orbital bombardment is existent in industrial form, used mostly for mining rock worlds of molten metals and other useful materials. The ISR refuses to militarize the technology due to a moral dilemma over preserving life, especially sentient life.

Unconventional Military Organization(s): The ISR has a UMO named STRIKE it as 4 sections. but only section 1 is known amongst the populace as an outside danger deterrent. the other three sections are a well guarded secret.

FTL: (Describe your FTL, its upsides and downsides, and how it functions in general as well as a rough estimation of how fast it can move things from point A to point B. Faster typically means you are going to need more of a downside.)

FTL in the ISR is about the same grade as what you would see in the game Colony wars, using massive battle platforms making a warp hole that travels between systems in a web network of portals. These portals this basically create a short cut to other stars can be shut off at any time form a particular end to prevent aggressive forces form traversing, and if done right, can crush enemy vessels traveling through at the end of the portal. Some soljit vessels even have their own ftl systems, mostly military and exploration vessels that carry parts of a new Battle platform to another star system. Quantum travel is also in development.

Technology: (Describe your technology in general, if you have any particular focus(es), and any details you feel are pertinent. You will be asked about what you have in here, and more depth is better. This is not just for military tech, as civilian tech is just as important.)

Quantum communications: Being as good with robotics and information technology, the ISR has the ability to communicate instantly between systems, this greatly helps with family units living in different star systems and planets, commerce, even the military on some level with reports of their patrols. It can even help communicate with international communications. In fact this is the once technology that the ISR are willing to share without being paid back as an act of good will. Robotics and cybernetics in the ISR are also superb. Especially in the medical and industrial fields as machines do most harvesting of material with personnel oversight, and help patients recover from physical disability. Agricultural technology hasn’t moved much though, seeing as soldiaura have hit a point of satisfactory production for the moment and the like with their orbital stations and verbal farms on the surface just above the subterranean towns and cities.
