Helloooooo Nurse
It was one of the rare times that First Aid could be found outside the medbay. There were few sights rarer, one of which was Ratchet smiling. That was a joke. Ratchet had a beautiful smile when he hadn’t defaulted to that almost permanent scowl. Aid reasoned it was just something that came along with the job. While he had little nice to say about his former boss, Pharma, among the small list ‘nice genuine smile’ could be found. Emphasis on genuine. Anything else gave Aid the nervous shakes, after their past there was no surprise to say the least.

Still, he had a task at hand. Lottie was down in the bay, he had given her some objectives to get done and while she had been making great progress it was mostly due to the fact the bay was dead as dead could be. Still, First Aid had a bit of a self-indulgent assignment of his own, self assigned of course. The first step in this quest was to find Nautica.

Something First Aid figured would be easily, and thankfully it was. First place that Aid had checked was the Shuttle Bay. After hearing what Tailgate had done to the rodpod, if Nautica wasn’t down here fixing it back up surely she was doing some sort of testing on it, right? Either way, he had found her and that's what had mattered.

“Hey, Nautica, might I trouble you a minute?”

First Aid made sure to tread carefully, apologizing to any carts he bumped into, soft ‘ahs’ as he tiptoed over what looked like delicate equipment. The medic was so immune to odd looks at how he treated objects, it was arguable that he was either oblivious or chose not to acknowledge the looks in the first place. To him, he was just being polite, be it the subject in question sentient or not.
