"While I greatly enjoy the party popper idea, and I mean I really enjoy it, I'm a little worried it's going to pop it at the worst times. Some mech's might find that in itself funny, but I'm a little unsure that if I was, I dunno, telling someone some pretty bad news and it were to fly in and pop confetti on them things may not go over so well." First aid made a soft noise, resetting his vocalizer to mock a serious tone. "According to your chart your condition is termina-- pop!!" There was a bit of an attached hand gesture, essentially jazz hands with a bit more of a grabby motion. Trying to symbolize confetti popping. "Well I'm not going to argue back and forth with who owes what, so let's just agree that we are even." First aid couldn't help but reach for the drone, fixated on those floppy little door wings. He sighed with such content, EM field giving away just how infatuated with the little drone he truly was. Could you imagine him around sparklings? "You know, you could probably ask swerve about ten. See how much intelligence and what he programmed into ten. I know ten's not really just a drone, or well not anymore, but it might give you some ideas for how to go about how receptive to make this little fella..." |

Brainstorm hummed in agreement. He'd save the party popper idea for another day. Maybe next time there was a party at Swerve's Brainstorm could whip up a confetti gun for the little droid. That would be nice. As long as it didn't aim at any mechs. "Alright. We're even then." Well, it seemed they were both in disagreement of who was in debt to the other then. Brainstorm would just have to be sneaky about actually getting even. He wasn't sure if First Aid caught onto the suspicious look in his optics. He could make something more personal? Hm, First Aid was almost always elbow deep in his work (harhar), could he come up with something better than a medical droid? Something more personal? It'd be a good project, something to tide his recent wave of uninspiration. "I can study Ten's design for tweaks on the droid, but for now it's all ready to go." He'd have to do regular check ups on the little droid anyway. He wasn't too worried about it, he was sure First Aid would take good care of it. "Oh! It's also been coded to respond to you as primary. Just mentioning it now so you aren't surprised if it follows you around." |

“Maybe you can have the party popper triggered by Em fields? If i emit a certain field it could trace the signature and know to pop it off? That was it isn’t going off reading the atmosphere or based off a triggered phrase? I do like the party popper gun, I’m just not sure anyone else will like the spontaneous confetti flood like I will.” Magnus would hate it, certainly. “I’m primary? So it’s imprinted on me…” That was absolutely adorable. He did his best to hide a little happy dance, excited at just… the life that was going to come back to the medbay after so much doom and gloom. Even if he was the one cultivating the doom and gloom at this point. “I’ll make sure to bring the paint next time I come by, but in the meantime…” First Aid gave a gentle rub to Brainstorm’s back, right between where the wings connected. The contact was always nice, not that he ever really expected Brainstorm to reciprocate. “How are you holding up? I’d feel more comfortable if you were to sit down for a bit.” |

"The party popper is probably an idea best saved for later." It was an entertaining idea, but he'd have to make sure the droid could handle it. Even with an em reader, it could shoot off a load of confetti into some bots faces. Also an entertaining thought, but he'd rather not have the droid confiscated for lodging a wad of confetti up someones nose. "Yeah. Sitting sounds nice." Brainstorm conceded, standing still despite his words. The pressure between his wings was pleasant, pleasant enough to stall for a moment longer before he pulled a chair out from under an adjacent workbench, dragging out an extra for First Aid before settling in his own with a slump. He felt bad, First Aid always knew where to touch. A perk of being a medic? Or maybe it was something First Aid had only recently attuned himself too? Brainstorm hadn't the slightest clue where to begin. Sensory areas, but not overly sensitive areas? Uh, tires were sensor rich weren't they? Or, maybe just the area around the wheel? Was that area too sensitive? "Where should- where does it feel nice to be touched?" Oh, Brainstorm winced because that- that was a really dumb way of asking that question. "-where's the most comforting spot I mean, on, um- on ground frames?" Bad, awful save. |

First aid laughed at the question, giving brainstorm an assuring pat before continuing his little massage. He knew what brainstorm had meant, though it was an easy opening to tease him. "I didn't peg myself as your type brainstorm." He laughed, giving an affectionate push of his field. "But, uh, for me personally? My hands are very sensitive. Just getting to hold hands or have contact with a another mech usually makes them feel pretty good. Though its either or as far as tires go. Helm and shoulders are usually safe spots to give little affectionate brushes in a platonic means, same with forearms. Tires are a little tricky. Sometimes they can be a bit overly sensitive and peak arousal. Similar to tweaking at bots with spoilers or the crests on their helms." First Aid left out how those would affect himself. He also left out any personal information from across the ship he had learn as to such. It was far from unfamiliar for a panel to pop accidentally during treatment, Aid never took it personally or spoke a word. I'm not saying one was trailbreaker, I'm also not saying one wasn't trailbreaker. "For me I like holding hands. My back is okay to touch but more for stability than any form of pleasure. But I mean, if you're going for pleasure tracing the seams in the armor never fails." |

His type. Brainstorm couldn't even say he knew what his type was, and the more he considered it the more embarrassing it was. The first thing that jumped to mind was clever and humorous. Not a line of thought he wanted to follow any further than that if he could save himself from the embarrassment. This was why he kept his hands to himself, sometimes he'd get excited and grab shoulders or arms, but that wasn't the same as purposely seeking to touch someone for comfort. So, the back, that was an easy one. No tires, definitely no tires. Uh, seams were a risky business and Brainstorm would hate to overstep any boundaries. Brainstorm pressed one servo to his face, definitely not covering his face in one of Nautica's own shame covers. He offered up a servo. It didn't feel like nearly enough to compensate for all the sweet touches First Aid had given, but Brainstorm wanted to do something. Why did his mouth move before he thought about what he was saying? Why. |

First Aid gave Brainstorm a gentle smile followed by a reassuring press of his EM field. Maybe it was because he was a touchy mech that he saw no reason to be embarrassed by the question, but still, Aid had only answered to the best of his experiences. As soon as Brainstorm presented the free hand, available for the holding, First Aid hooked his arm around before clasping their fingers. This way he could almost half hug onto the other, all the while staying clear of those wings. “When the weather gets better, and you’re feeling better, either come to the medbay or comm me. I’d like to give you a bit of a deep wire massage. I’d do it now, right where your chords in your neck dip into your shoulders, but my worry is that you’re already feeling so tense and uneasy that you'll only feel more uncomfortable.” He paused, if only for a moment when he got another thought. “Have you been having issues with recharge, or simply deciding not to recharge?” |
