And really, whether those opinions are positive or negative, both sides seem to be invested in the characters and the story line enough to watch, as evidenced by the fact that everyone keeps posting regardless. So they have to be keeping up with the story. |

Ok, I'm late to the discussion, but here are my thoughts..... First off, I wasn't upset that Noah told Luke he loves him and then told Luke he's enlisted in the Army. Yeah, it sucks, but I'm happy that he told Luke how he really felt before leaving for bootcamp. It would've been worse for Luke had Noah left without sharing his true feelings with Luke. Now, I'll agree with Bubbles on the subject of sex. If I were Luke I would've wanted to make love with Noah before he left. Noah may have felt that it was wrong to "dine & dash" if you know what I mean, but if Luke would've asked Noah for a "goodbye present", I don't think Noah would've said no? But we know the writers have done nothing but "put off" sex between these boys, so what better way then having Noah join the Army? Edited by Aja77, Jul 5 2008, 09:45 PM.

I think they're waiting till it can be a "payoff event" for the people who are anxious for it to happen, and will be at a time when there are no strings, or no black clouds looming in the distance. I don't think they'll use it for angst, like them believing Noah was leaving right afterward, would be the show using their first time for angst. I don't think they'd do that, I think they'll have it be in a "payoff for the audience" kind of way. |
