1) Make an account on a photosharing site. www.photobucket.com 2) Upload your picture to the site. 3) Copy and paste the "Direct link" in to your post, then highlight it and hit "Image" at the top, right under the subject. OR Copy the "IMG Code" directly in to your post. Both ways work fine.
