Clown Prince of Crime Posts: 9,364 Group: Killer Klown Member #1 Joined: February 12, 2008	Okay, so right now either one would just be in the idea phase. A Batman story would be more rich in story, but more complex, where as the AvP role play would be easier to start up and go about in. My little ideas and what I'd do for either one. Aliens vs. Predator: Set in the same time period Aliens vs. Predator 2 is in, so it's the future. I could throw some ideas around like the cliche distress call sent out to a bunch of marines, so they go to the place and fight against the creatures to stay alive, etc, etc. Been there, done that, but it's still fun. I'm certain that if I think on it, I can come up with a more original idea, plus if anyone wants this role play you can throw ideas around too and see what I think. I'd play any of the three species myself; Predator, alien or marine. I love 'em all in different ways. Batman: Lot easier for me to think of something to happen in the story with tons of different villains and characters to use for the role players, but it wouldn't get TOO complex and it sure as heck won't be like Superior Race where I'm controlling 20+ characters. I'd like to keep the number small for EVERYONE, including myself.. I might even just control 2-3 characters, two being minor... I'm certain you all can guess who the major one would be. Either story, I'm game. Notice: Please note that I'd only do one, so if it gets tied I'll see what I can do to break it.

The thing with most of these RPs is that they fizzle off and die because there's nowhere to go, but with a clear end in sight, people will have it in their mind to get to that.

phsychosocial expirement Posts: 86 Group: Arkham Inmate Member #9 Joined: February 13, 2008	i would much rather it be the bat-man one. only because there are so many small time villains that you dont hear about much in his universe. it would be fun to continue where they left off with them. and there are certainly enough villains to go around as long as no one gets greedy. i find the alien versus predator boring. its three races. with batman, its millions of villains and occasional super heroes dropping in to help. not to mention villains we could create. and batman even worked with superman. and of course the justice league. so many things there. i doubt it would die soon......... take it into consideration.

Same time limit rules can easily apply to the Batman story, and pre-existing characters are just one thing. Villians are just one thing, there are tons of mobsters, law enforcement and civilians involved, plus the side characters. Either way, neither one is getting made 'til I'm back and can do it myself. Get ready for a little wait.
