I see a lot of people run around with nicer clothes from the gecko. When you make a new user, it should be someone who's new in town, straight from the street or a young kid. A character should not already be a member of an organization, they should be someone without a job and limited amount for money. I made three categories for how some male characters should dress in the different stages of the person’s life. This is just opinions and guidelines, you are not meant to copy any of these styles. They were just made to give people an idea of how the different stages should look like. Stage A is the “new guy in town” look. You should also use similar styles when you’re roaming the streets in a low or medium level criminal crew.
Stage B is the “Just got paid” look. After a big job like a heist or an ordered murder, your character might be lucky enough to be handed a big stack of money. “You did good, go buy yourself some new clothes or get a haircut or something.” This is the stage when you might get some street cred.
Stage C is the “Big Shot” look. You’re a rich businessman, a made man or something along those lines. People on the street turn their head when you walk by.
