FRANCIS JULIANO FOUND DEAD GERALD T. RAO THE STAR-LEGDE 3rd of January, 1981 ![]() A photo of now deceased Francis Juliano alongside Benedetto Santapoala and a unidentified third membe. Suspected Jersey City mobster Francis Juliano was found dead on Magnolia Avenue with nine gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach and bruises all over his body this morning. Juliano was allegedly second-in-command to Ernest Gatti, a known member of the New Jersey Mafia. Juliano was known to the authorities as a "ruthless" and "cold-hearted killer". An underworld source has said that Juliano was killed because of his sexuality, but currently the NJPD has not confirmed this. Local describes Juliano as a very loyal and friendly individual and was very shocked about his death. At a young age, Juliano developed a love for guns and hunting. His father often took him hunting and for target practice, teaching him how to handle a .22 caliber rifle. By his teens, Juliano had become a skilled marksman. Soon Juliano, who grew up in a poor family, started hanging out with a gang of neighborhood kids who was called the Paulus Hook Boys and was controlled by Henry Merlino. Juliano had his first run-in with the law in 1972 when he and his fellow gang members were arrested during a fight with a rival Irish gang. Shortly after Juliano dropped his high school and began to find other ways to earn more money, where he used his mob connections. He became a partner in an after-hours club in Jersey City and started selling drugs. As Juliano prospered, he always tried to look like a made man, also known as a fully initiated member of the Mafia, wearing expensive flamboyant outfits and usually carrying a gun. MAFIA KINGPIN KILLED! JAMES CLINTON THE STAR-LEGDE MAFIA KINGPIN VINCET GENNUSA FOUND SLAIN ALONGSIDE ANDREW GENNUSA, PHILIP LOMONACO AND GIULIANO TUTINO. ![]() Vincent Gennusa at Kingsway Boxing Gym, 1950 Vincent "Chin" Gennusa was found dead earlier this evening alongside Andrew Gennusa, his brother and enforcer, Philip LoMonaco, an associate of Gennusa and Giuliano Tutino, a small time mobster. The Gennusa brothers were found dead at "Zero Otto Novo", a restaurant owned by Vincent Gennusa, while LoMonaco and Tutino were found dead right outside the restaurant. The death of Gennusa has sent shockwaves throughout the world of organized crime and throughout New York and New Jersey. Gennusa was loved and respected by a lot of Greenwich Village locals, alongside lawyers, judges and other officials. Gennusa was a man of peace in his own right, despite being one of the East Coast's most influential gangsters and criminal masterminds. Born and raised in Manhattan, Gennusa got involved early in organized crime, because of his father, Girolamo Gennusa, who was a powerful LCN member. His first meeting with the law enforcement occurred when Gennusa was 17 years old and was caught while stealing a car. When his father died of cancer and his mother committed suicide because of terrible pain and financial problems, Gennusa moved to the Bronx and began working directly for his mentor Schiacciata Bonacini. Bonacini was a veteran member of the New Jersey mafia and was the right hand man of Bronx captain, Joseph Dellacava, who ran the Arthur Avenue crew. Gennusa began to earn a lot of money and bought numerous establishments such as “Zero Otto Novo” and “Kingsway Boxing Gym”. After several years working as a street hustler for Bonacini, Gennusa finally got promoted and began working for Dellacava and other influential members of the La Cosa Nostra such as James Gulino and Roy Manganelli. Dellacava was shortly after killed and Bonacini took over and promoted Gennusa to his right hand man of the powerful Arthur Avenue crew. Gennusa’s rise to fame and notorious reputation began when he executed Newark captain Michael Gatti on orders from the leadership of the New Jersey mafia. After the infamous assassination of Michael Gatti, Gennusa became a “made man” as a reward. Years after becoming a “made man” of the New Jersey mafia, Gennusa decided to start his own crew based in Greenwich Village, which was his childhood neighborhood. Bonacini and the leadership of the New Jersey mafia gave the permission and Gennusa began operating in Greenwich Village and surrounding areas. Gennusa’s crew was involved in a lot of criminal activities such as racketeering, murder and gambling. As Bonacini died, Gennusa’s power increased, as he now controlled most parts of Manhattan and the Bronx. Gennusa’s nephew, Louis Farace, began working for his uncle and started the infamous East Village Gang, better known as EVG. When Farace and his bodyguard James Coco suddenly disappeared, Philip LoMonaco took over. LoMonaco soon wanted more influence and began conspiring against the aging Vincent Gennusa, which resulted in their deaths in a violent shootout. According to witnesses and locals from the crime scene, gunshots were heard and LoMonaco and Tutino ran out from “Zero Otto Novo”. But shortly after two still unidentified men came out and gunned down both LoMonaco and Tutino outside the restaurant. The locals is still in shock, because they saw Gennusa as a friendly man who contributed a lot to the local community. The NYPD are determined to find the two unidentified men who were involved in the shooting and hopes that locals will come forward and give information. Edited by Frank, Oct 13 2015, 10:41 PM.

THE GATTI BROTHERS EXECUTED![]() Ernest and Peter Gatti, 1991 Howard J. Gagliano 28th December, 1994 The bodies of notorious Jersey City mobsters Ernest and Peter Gatti was today discovered in North Caldwell, New Jersey. NJPD arrived at the scene at around 9AM, as a local dog walker found the two bodies in an abandoned Cadillac and instantly called the NJPD, who arrived shortly after at the scene. "We have discovered two bodies, which we have identified as Ernest and Peter Gatti. We know that the Gatti brothers was two of the most powerful and influential members of the New Jersey crime family. Their bodies were found with two bullets to the back of their heads which suggest that they were taken by surprise. This wasn't the scene of the murder, and we are almost certain that Gatti brothers were moved to this location. We urge anyone with any information to come forward” says the leading investigation officer Andrew Rooesvelt. Mob expert John Graham commented on the case earlier today: "This comes as a big shock as the Gatti brothers were bigshots. They were even nephews of the infamous mob boss Michael Gatti who died in the early 80s. They were untouchable and their demise is going to mark a new era of organized crime in New Jersey. New or old faces will take over the empire.” Frank Cullotta, known as Frankie Cuts, of Elizabeth, is a fast rising star in the New Jersey underworld and is believed to have taken control of the Gatti empire. It has been confirmed by underworld informants that Cullotta is a long time member of the New Jersey crime family. Edited by Tony Castelli, Jan 27 2016, 10:33 PM.
