(also known as "torchwalk thread") 18th Place: Timmie You were Aronis's partner. I remember hearing you kind of made a mess of things, tried to pull some big play and got sent packing, and the TC thread is saying that was unanimous. You tried, I guess, but your partnership was kind of just doomed, I guess... 17th Place: Aronis *sigh* Well... no one really liked you all that much, you failed to connect while Cody was a newbie who started off iffy but got better. On top of that, you allegedly had associations with Shadow. You really just had to go, and thankfully it was easy enough to achieve. 16th Place: Finn I know nothing about you except that you should have been sis's ally, and that you quit for "personal reasons". I'm... not really impressed, knowing your history. 15th Place: Roxy/ The TC thread has this thing on your elimination vote. Unfortunately, you never really had a chance on our tribe. I pulled in Jess, and got her to pull in sis on the understanding that we'd be a trio from start to finish. I tried to at least make amends, but when TC started and you basically said "just because we agreed not to fight each other doesn't mean we have to be on the same side" I considered that deal off. I heard you threw a bit of a tantrum about that to everyone ever, and I'm glad you went when you did. 14th Place: Lara ;_; We had it all... at least, we were totally gonna be best friends. Or, well, everyone seems to think you were gonna be their best friend. I don't know precisely how loyal you really would have been, but it certainly at least feels like we were close. Sis was hoping to work with you as well, but whatever happened on your tribe I was upset at the time and I still very much wish we could have been together at merge. Alas, just one of many things which were not to be. 13th Place: Reck I kind of wish we could have been together at merge. Of course, then we lost at Jeopardy!. With the aforementioned trio of sis, me, and Jess, you never had a chance. Sorry. Our tribe was just stacked in all the wrong ways in the end. 12th Place: Malkon I know very little about you. I heard the stress of the game got to you and you asked to be voted out. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the game all that much. If you ever play Survivor again, I wish you the best of luck. 11th Place: Jason I still cannot believe you sacrificed yourself for Cody's sake. Just... why? I mean... I guess the stack against you was far too powerful to let you escape, but even then Cody didn't last very long. We had a very nice talk right before TC, and I genuinely did fight to try and protect you. I wish you were less of a troll to everyone, but I guess I kiiiind of encouraged that. Still... everyone saw you as a massive threat, and whatever the hell you got to in the initial tribes didn't help your case. It is how it is... 10th Place: Daniel This was the point where my major alliance came into play. I pulled the vote off Cody because I thought I could work with him, and onto you. Sis later said she preferred Haschel going to you, but by the time she said as much it was too late to redirect things. This vote and the next were purely just the three pairs picking off solos, so there was a lot of complacency involved. Also, screw you for making me the counterwagon. Having a partner who wanted you gone didn't help you at all in this game, and my understanding is that the only reason you survived to merge is because your swapped tribe never went to TC. You just didn't seem to have all that much impact, I guess. 9th Place: Cody I'm sorry. I was led to believe that you voted me in the previous TC, and that led me to spread your name this round. This was another easy vote controlled by complacency, so there was little to nothing you can do. While you were a newbie and were honestly seen as an easy boot more or less all game, you did make it to the jury, and that deserves credit. Thanks for playing, I really hope you return in a future game. 8th Place: Rory Hoo boy. First off, I'm really glad we were able to work together despite my role in seeing your partner gone. We could have had something good, but thanks to Jess betraying us it was unfortunately not to be. Of course, the conveniently timed Big Brother round had a massive effect as well, and my successful prayer to the Random Number Goddess in the PoV challenge sealed your fate. As I believe you know, the trio of Haschel, Bella, and I strongly considered saving you, but sis dissuaded me from it and I called it off. In hindsight, had we done so we could potentially have formed a game-controlling alliance, but I suppose it was not to be. Sorry. 7th Place: Jess First things first: Screw you. I genuinely think your maneuver was a terrible play that directly cost you the game, and I hope the result of it is a lesson you learn for your future games. That said, you did VERY well for a newbie and I genuinely want to see you in future games. We were bitter enemies in the end, and my blindside of you to save my skin was the most tense I've ever been this game, but you were a joy to play with. Just... yeah. Please no meaningless betrayals next time, though I will admit your timing of it was magnificent. In the end, though, all it really did was have you sacrificed to save your partner. 6th Place: Lambdadelta ... ![]() What do I even say to you... will you even read this in postgame? I... yeah. I don't know what to say here at all. Talk to me when you do read this, I guess. *hugs tight* |
