It's been quite a time since I posted a model in the gallery!

Modellers Block set in around February and apart from the two builds I did for the WW1 Special GB, this is my first one since then.

This is the excellent Sea King HC.4 kit, one of the first produced by Airfix using their Lidar scanning technique.

I've left this fairly clean, so it's not quite representative of the HC.4 in service (recently retired, of course) The kit is one I'd highly recommend.

Regards,

Nigel

Another great looking model Nigel and what it needs now is a nice RN Merlin to sit beside it.

Sweeeet! Gotta love the Sea King/Commando. Look forward to the folks at Airfix making an SH-3 from this mold.

Probably won't happen Del - the modified replacement Merlins for the HC.4 are being painted the dullest of dull greys imaginable!

I might not be able to bring myself to build one in the new scheme.

Thank you for the feedback gents.
