LCDR Tony `Banana's` Clay
On route to Norwich airport last week I realised I was around 20 minutes ahead of schedule so thought I`d stop off at Lakenheath on the off chance I might see something.

Now bear in mind that historically Lakenheath and I just don`t get on and I usually arrive just after something happens or leave just before something happens, it was a very refreshing change to suffer a `Goldilocks` moment and turn up at the right time at the right place. Considering the following were taken with a Cannon bridge camera, either the camera is `that` good or I`m actually getting a bit better at taking distant shots with it.

So with no further ado, your typical Lakenheath burner morning launch photo`s.......

Lovely piccies Tony, according to Shaun B there are some F-22s there unless they have gone home.

I wonder if my Ely mate managed to get there and take a few piccies of the Raptors, he was trying to.
