Hi all,
My next project is a French Panther tank, these were used by the French army post war. They were meant to be deployed to Indochina but were never deployed.

Kit I am using:

Cheers for the interest chaps

Hi all,
I have been rummaging around looking for an M2, I know I have a few in the spares box...but could I find any? Nope, so I have liberated one from a Dragon Sherman Firefly.

I should be able to start this build tomorrow evening all being well :cool

Hmmm, another target for my aircraft. The M2 gives a big bang and packs a punch I believe.

Nice work, Mac.
It looks like a lovely kit. The only Panther I've ever build is the original Tamiya Panther, they just seem worlds apart.

It does look good Chris.

Am I right in thinking that the gun is capable of firing a Nuclear shell one hell of a long way?

Hmm, perhaps I'm thinking of the American tanks, it's just that something is tickling the back of my mind.

Nuclear shells from a machine gun? Trump would surely love this. But no, weapons technology isn't as advanced yet. Iirc there once was an issue when it was reported that the A-10 fired radioactive bullets. If memory serves me right, these contained uranium. I'm not physicist enough to judge which radioactive danger, apart from its armour-piercing capabilities, a uranium bullet would impose to the environment, but even these were far from what the man in the street imagines when they hear "nuclear chain reaction".

However, there were indeed big artillery guns that were able to fire nuclear shells, like the M65 Atomic Annie.

Looks fantastic, Mac.
That seems a very light OD. What make is it. I wouldn't mind trying it on some US armour.
