Hi all, I have started to build Airfix 1:48 Red Arrows Gnat. There is no mention in the instructions of adding any weight to the nose. I am not sure if its a tail sitter or not. Do I need to add weight and if so how much? I would be grateful if someone could help. Thank you for taking the time to read this, Paintbrush. |

IIRC, I don't think so. The rear undercarriage is quite far back, so I think you're quite safe. |

Test by putting a finger in both main U/C bays and see what way it tilts, I think you'll find its nose heavy. |
