LCDR Paul "Voodoo" Carter
This is the Academy 1/48 Hispano Buchon. I decided to do it as one of the aircraft from the movie "Battle of Britain"
To do so, I used the book I bought at cockpitfest recently.

I chose Yellow 7, as I had decals to do that in the spares box. The Staffel shield was hand painted.
Modifications to the kit followed those done on the real aircraft. The wing tips were squared off, guns added to the engine cowling, and wings.

My older brother took me to see this film only a little after it came out. We managed to hide behind the seats for the subsequent showing and saw it twice on the same Friday. Happy days....

You naughty boys, I must admit though that me and my siblings also did that at the old Canvey Island Rio Fleapit.
