Filler and Sander
I see, with acrylic paints which i use, paint can be easily removed with nail varnish remover..
it is handy and easy to use with any paint mistakes.
it takes minutes to remove a whole body.

so here we go again

stripped the shell of paint with brake fluid, scrubbed it with water and degreaser to make sure it was as clean as possible

used a new can of primer, which was a very dark grey so as not to get the same problem as last time

my masking of the white wasnt as neat as it could have been but i dont think its going to matter in the long run as its going to get muddied up

its had a couple of coats of clear ready for the decals

im at the decal stage

this has to be the biggest POS kit ive done for a very long time, if it wasnt for the fact im doing it for a GB somewhere id have binned it long ago

even the decals are a bit dodgy but im determined to finish it.............im actually looking forward to plastering mud all over it to hide all the crapness! :bang: :bang:

decals done, some of which wrinkled! the ones that should have gone on the tyres just were not going to play the game, cos they were going onto rubber i think, i like the Tamiya way of having rub on ones
panel wash done, spread a bit more than i wanted
the remaining bits added so techically its 'finished'
but i intend on muddying this up which will hide a lot of the things which are annoying me, so i have took some more pics just in case it all goes a bit Pete Tong
