waiting for paint t0 dry this is the first coat, but ive ran out of tamiya, so next coat will be xtraclyix night black, she looks a bit grainy but the next coat should sort that![]()

im a lot happier now with the black after the second coat i used a whole pot of tamiya black and it only just covered it! its massive |

Coming along nicely Mark. It is surprising how much bigger "small" aircraft look in 1/32- two good examples are CorsairIIs and Vipers. Surprisingly, Tomcats and Eagles don't seem so different. Maybe it's because we expect these two fightewrs to be big! Joel

Looking great Mark! I cannot express on words how jealous I am that you have this kit and I don't! The black finish is very nice. You're making me have second thoughts about doing an early camouflage Hawk with my first build... By the way, handsome young man you have there. I don't believe for a second he could be too terrible a pain in the bum! |
