That is going to look good Simon. First time I have ever seen one of these.
On a slightly related note-Trumpeter's new Skyhawk in 1/32 is on www.199.co.jp. Scans of parts and instructions are up. It looks very nice...

Very nice progress Simon what did they include with the hi-grade bits? I know the phantoms and Eagles camer with metal landing gear and ecthed details in 1/48. My Hornet did this over the weekend, it just fell together very quickly, got the top grey and black on it now. 75% was on the sprue last week!

Very nice, I know only 23 were converted, and they are very grey compared to most Skyhawks!, but I am really looking forware to Hasegawa releasing the 1/48 version.

Yeah, am I right in thinking it was with VX-5 or something. I think it was an option with the old Monogram 1/48 kit that I did years ago. I really like the M myself but OA's were pretty cool though.

That's very nice Simon, haven't seen that one before. It's been 15 years since I did the momogram kit, maybe it was a Marine afterall!
How's the progress with the 32nd scale?
