British Aerospace Hawk T. Mk.1 XX166 of No.4 Flying Training School, flew into Clagh Ouyr in the Lake District on the 24th June 1983 while on a training flight. Flight Lieutenants Roger Francis Lane and Julian Mark Baden Lewis died in this crash.
