They don't always seem to be very reliable

Ah ok, one thing SWMBO and myself have discovered is North America in general especially the stores have no real concept of customer service, there are a few exceptions with the online traders who are excellent but otherwise, you are banging your head against a wall.

I personally have had no problem with them, they even sent us some F-5 Alconbury decals for review/GB for nothing.

Ive had no end from them and never had any grief but sadly Mr Marples has had Hawk troubles. I buy quite a few things from Spruebrothers as well and they are always very quick on sending stuff.

Most of my aircraft bits come from Sprue bros. USPS raised its rates dramatically last year so dealing with US suppliers is avoided where poss. I got the decals cheap cost me a little over $9 US with postage.

I have used Twobobs decals a few times now and haven't had any problems with them. I've dealt with Sprue Bros a couple of times and had excellent service, I don't mind paying our customs charges but I hate the exorbitant PO handling charges.

I guess that reflects the cost of shipping from Europe.
