Ah ok, one thing SWMBO and myself have discovered is North America in general especially the stores have no real concept of customer service, there are a few exceptions with the online traders who are excellent but otherwise, you are banging your head against a wall. |

I personally have had no problem with them, they even sent us some F-5 Alconbury decals for review/GB for nothing. Ive had no end from them and never had any grief but sadly Mr Marples has had Hawk troubles. I buy quite a few things from Spruebrothers as well and they are always very quick on sending stuff. |

Most of my aircraft bits come from Sprue bros. USPS raised its rates dramatically last year so dealing with US suppliers is avoided where poss. I got the decals cheap cost me a little over $9 US with postage. |

I have used Twobobs decals a few times now and haven't had any problems with them. I've dealt with Sprue Bros a couple of times and had excellent service, I don't mind paying our customs charges but I hate the exorbitant PO handling charges. |
