All this talk of Leaping Heaps reminds me. I really need to finish that 1/24 GR3 I started. |

Seeing as the GB goes on for 3 months and with me getting barely one day a week to do some modelling (as I am away from home around 4 days a week at the mo), I will give it a shot. I have already put an Airfix 1/72 Harrier GR.1 Gift Set in my truck, so I will see about doing a bit whilst parked up on nights. Photos and updates will only be posted once I get home to my internet connection. |

I had a delivery in Salisbury yesterday at a shop that just happened to be located next to Salisbury Model Centre. An Airfix 1/144 Vickers Vanguard flew out of the shop and into the cab of my truck. |

finally caved in..............first kits bought this year! lol swmbo is getting into knitting at the moment.....Daughter #1 is expecting so swmbo is producing cardies and cot blankets and the like as if she is a production line.........i go to a local branch of Boyes for my Vallejo paint and ive been telling her to look in for her wool and stuff......finally got her in today so while she was looking at that i was picking up some air brush cleaner......she appeared at my shoulder and said was there any thing else i wanted?......and they had a 50% off sale on a selection of revell, airfix and hobbyboss kits......so since i was being forced to buy something i couldnt refuse her, could i? lol..this isnt really my scale, armour is braille or 1/35 to me!....but i wasnt going to turn it down at half price.............and this lot has got a dio forming in my head ![]()

So, with the weather too unpredictable to make a start repainting the Victor's underside on Saturday, I went to the York car boot sale at the knavesmire. I came away with 4 quid's worth of Revell Swordfish and Skyraider (the big cockpit version), about the same spent on a Novo Caravelle, and 20 quid spent on this box...![]() But not only was there a Condor in the box, there was also a Revell 109G, a Hasegawa 190A, and 2 Hasegawa 190D's. All in 1/32. I'd call that a win... |

That's a lot of plastic in one box, sure it's all there. |

Only one small easily scratch-buildable flap on the FW200 missing. Everything else and indeed some extra FW190 spare parts was present! |
