Bloody hell, that is BIG. Imagine the damage that could do.
Assuming it could actually get to the combat area.....

Replacement Javelin arrived yesterday, from Mike Jolly, off his Facebook page.
White metal undercarriage, metal pitots, and 85 Sqn decals have been dispatched.

Slight disappointment that I noticed that Alleycat's FAW8 conversion comes with the decals for the one at Newark Air Museum (yes, 85 Sqn!). Maybe I will wait to start this and get the Alleycat bits....

I can't help myself. I was looking at a WIP on a facebook page of a Kittyhawk F-35B, and thought it'd be nice to redo mine. then I was looking on E-bay, and IF they come up, they're usually £45 and more.
BUT....I found a seller in China that has them for £34.80 (including shipping), so....well, why not?
Of course, it's snail mail, so I'll expect it nearer to July than the quoted mid June, but all's good :cool

Now...maybe an F-35C to go with it? :bang:

Are you sure they are MiG-21s as the name on the box 'Joy pack' suggests otherwise............................. :whistle

They are definately MiG 21's.

Picked up an Airfix 1/72 Supermarine Spitfire Mk.1a at my local Home Bargains this morning.

Also got a Dave. Another Kittyhawk B model.

This one is better than my last, as they have added some P/E and a sprue from the C kit, which includes weapons.

One thing I have noticed, that made me chuckle, is the instructions...

I love the 'Feel free to use the Bonus decal' followed by 'Warning-do no take orally' this bloody PC crap does my head in as if it isn't bad enough already. Hospital Doc gave me some 'happy' pills so anybody got a spare head? 'cos mines gone a wandering.

I sold my 'Daves' off and now wish I hadn't, can't remember but think they were the KH ones.
