Being a race car museum, surely it'll be full of spoilers??? :rolf

Anyway, as for me, I bought 16 paints, mostly RLM colours I can't get in town, and an Italeri 1/48 Komet, with 2 interesting, if unexplained paint schemes. A Luftwaffe machine in red and what I assume is a captured machine in French air force markings....

But, like Mark, I am on a spending ban, so I got in serious trouble when i got home :rant :empire

Not a purchase as such. After several weeks of asking me what I wanted for my birthday and getting no helpful answers the wife dragged me (kicking and screaming :rolf ) into Modelzone. This is what I left with.

Just picked up the new 1/48 trumpeter Mig-23 and attacker :D

Ive been waiting for these for some time and gave up waiting for my usual supplier and got them from Emodels.

Ive had a couple of bad experiences with these of stuff being out of stock even though it says they are in stock.

So we shall wait and see what come first, the kits or an email

So...I needed a pot of paint for the Cobra. Also having got £20 from the mother-in-law for my birthday last week, and finding a random tenner in my pocket, a trip to Hobbycraft seemed like a good idea.

Having talked myself out of buying the Revell 1/48th Fortress I found I couldn't resist the Mosquito on the shelf above it.

After putting it on the counter, with a couple of paints that I needed, I got my wallet out to pay. Brother-in-law appears behind me "Can I buy that for you? I forgot to send a card."

Seemed only polite to let him. :D

Still got the £30 in the wallet for the next visit.! :whistle
