Also went to the Huddersfield show and came away with 15 jars of Gunze paint from MDC, a beautiful BF-110 book from Revi, a pair of Brassin F-4J seats in 32nd and a 3rd place in Class 4 for my Tamiya 48th IL-2 Shturmovik! Great day :-)

Latest acquisitions, a 1/72 Revell Hawker Fury (shiney biplane variety) for less than 3 quid from Hobbycraft Hull, and off evilbay an ancient 1/72 Buccaneer S.1 resto project for only 99p. It's on the bench in pieces already as a fill in until the group build gets under way; its rotary bomb bay, retracting hook, and folding nose and wings have already been returned to full working order! :D

Received my What-if decals for my TSR2 on Friday

I also bought a cutting mat from the Works...never had one before, so I thought I'd see what the fuss is about. While I was there I picked up a tin of oil paints to try out some wash techniques....both were £2.99, so bargain!
