All these new purchases keep reminding me that as I'm now into my 70s my nearest and dearest thought that I should now build and not buy. The trouble is that until the Chinese came onto the scene I would have been quite happy to do just that but they did and keep upsetting the apple cart with all their new kits of aircraft that are out of this world, damn them.

My gf got very upset when I spent £40 on 4 kits at the Peterboro show. Thankfully her mum had the right attitude, if jokingly, saying at least I would have plenty to do when I retire :cool

It's Kinetic not Kitty Hawk but you knew that didn't you.

Forecast is for snow up there so you'll have to get the skis out again for Back Hill.

Don't forget that there is another 48th Kfir C.2/7 due from a firm called Avante Garde see here. Along with a 48th Fouga Magister.

I saw the Avantegrade one some time ago but I thought I would give the Kittyhawk - only joshing  Kinetic one a go first.

Although I like the aircraft and I wanted it to go with my Israeli F-16 im not too worried about it. But if it is head and heels above the Kinetic one then I may be interested.

But the fouga magister I am interested in and its on my 'to buy' list :D
