Another batch of goodies arrived today for the 74 `upgade` project. A Hase F-4J and two Spits. One Spit to become a Mk1, the other a Mk.2a. Lets hope I put the right intakes on both this time....

Some of you may know I have taken up a new hobby,

Airsoft

As Im not registered with UKARA yet I can only buy two tone guns. These are the same as the 'tactical' ones just brightly colored.

Heres my latest one.

Its an AK47B by golden eagle, powered by battery it really does pack a punch.

I'll keep an eye out for you next time we visit the fens, at least with that colour I'll get plenty of warning to hide.

After the success with the Albatros I felt it was only polite to pick these up at Modelfest.

Four more biplanes in the stash. :D

Met loads of old friends from the days when I used to go to model clubs with my Dad and I had the pleasure of meeting Peebeep. A good day.

I like the look of small biplane models when they're finished, but they aren't for me with my sausage fingers!

I also got some EZ line yesterday. All the guys on the WW1 forum say it's easy and it looks really good. Guess I'll be finding out soon.

I'll give the EZ line a thumbs up, bought some off of Little Cars a while ago, it's first choice for rigging and cables.

I got a couple of bits for the stash at Farnborough yesterday, an Airfix Harrier, an original tool Airfix Whirlwind fighter and the new Revell Ju 88C.
