Nothing special on this one Mark, cross kitting the wing ends from the Vb Trop as my research has found that this spit had, what looks like an in field conversion to clipped wing, thus has no nav lights on the wing tips. Tamiya made a small bobo :) |

Got started this evening A little bit of assembly and interior green applied. ![]() Even went to the trouble of drilling out the lightening holes in the frame and making a slot for the seatbelts in the head armour ![]() More tomorrow... |

Go for it Daz Right with the Mig out of the way I can get on with the Spit. This mornings work: Fuselage halves done ![]() ![]() IP done ![]() Fuselage halves together ![]() and the wings assembled ![]() Sorry the seat isn't ready for you to see yet ;) More later... |

Quite a lot of progress today First job was to prime ![]() Ten put the underside grey on ![]() Then the topside grey ![]() Next up green ![]() Then I added the yellow id strips ![]() and started applying the decals ![]() More tomorrow... |

Disaster![]() I think the decal setting solution pooled and caused the damage. So I took the decals off, sanded back the damaged areas and resprayed. ![]() More tomorrow... |
