my guess and it is a guess is the limiting factor would be the intakes? i thought that all the vbombers had at some point gone supersonic in shallow dives? i read somewhere that they had an olympus running something stupid like 68,000 lb in the mid 60s B)

Victor didn't need to dive to go supersonic! And factoid of the day, the first person to go supersonic 'arse-first' was a Victor AEO. That's a bit of a beast... :D |

the 'clean' B1's and B2's could top mach 1, but weren't cleared to officially do so. Like they weren't cleared to barrel roll. Etc...

im back on this :) iv built redesigned intakes (coincidentaly near identical to something else lol) and made myself ALOT of work with the leading edge! why oh why am i doing this to my 1st ever vac kit :lol: |

how do i make a long pointy delta with 4 olympus motors NOT look like concorde?? :lol: the intakes iv made even look the same :lol: i have come up with something a little different which will hopefully not look too samey time will tell |
