Sorry chaps. Not really been keeping a WIP as such and just got on with it.

Kit looks good with the right shape, however the fitting of the fuselage still have that `perfect fit` issue.

A tad of filler will sort that out.

A couple of pictures of the progress with all the rattle can paintwork now on.

Given it a coat of matt varnish and once dry, I`m going to attempt my first ever model wash. Lets hope I don`t bodge this up........!

Well, it seems that I made a mistake with the wash and should have used a gloss varnish prior to the wash. :redface

In any case, here`s the result of a non gloss finish.

Admittedly the top sides just look a little dirtier, which isn`t a bad thing, but I think I`ll leave another wash to another model as I don`t want to ruin the look of this one.

Finished the Meteor F.3 tonight and I have to say I`m rather pleased with it. :D

Here`s a few shots of her, with a couple of pics thrown in of 74`s previous mount before converting to the F.3 for company.

Tomorrow I`ll try and get a few better quality pictures in daylight in the company of her Meteor sisters.
