As some of you know, I too am lucky enough to have a dedicated modelling room. However, it is in the process of a re-vamp, so it will be better than it is at the moment......

Cool shed.

I just don't like the idea of having to walk out in winter to a freezing shed, possibly in the rain, and sharing it with spiders.

I assume you're going to insulate it and have power and heat?

My son in law and I will be running the power and insulating it at the weekend I have got thermostat heaters so it will stay a constant 60 degrees through the winter plus I am going to carpet the floor

Given the circumstances of a multitude of little ones running around my house, it has resulted in my stash being kept up a height therefore I have
Stash 1

Stash 2

Stash 3

Which I am ashamed to say is more a WIP stash

and lastly under my bed
Stash 4

and yes Mark, 4 1:32 Hawks, I sort of went overboard when Hannants were clearing the old Argos stock with additional decals.

It also means most nights my kitchen converts from

and them put away again before I drag my sorry butt to bed.

:rolf a B36 is a bit difficult to loose, strangely also quite hard to find, SWMBO got it for me from Oxfam on line of all places. Appreciate the offer but I'll have to wimp out I'm afraid given who bought it for me. :sofa

Last I heard about this one was you needed a family sized tube to fill the gaps. Shame really TB2 was always my favourite.

Wibble...
My circumstances changed last year, & sadly I now find myself living alone...

However, one of the very few good things to come out of my relationship breakdown, is that I now have a modelling room!

We always kept the back bedroom as a "guest room", for when we had overnight visitors, but with her moving on, & taking the bed from that room, I suddenly found an empty room, begging to be filled with my model making stuff.

If I am off in the week, I can watch the Reds, practising over Scampton, while indulging in a bit of styrene bashing...

Especially for Mark... ;)

The bike build on the bench is my 1/6th Tamiya Suzuki GSX1100 Katana.

A picture of the "pile", its far too small to be called a "stash"...
