OK guys, with the Mustang nearly finished and the mojo at an all time high, it's time to do a build that will send it through the floor. :D

A shot of the boxes.......

I am so out of my depth with this that, as you can tell, the negativity has crept in already! :D

The wing tips are glued but the wings are not glued to the fuselage.

I am surprised how much bigger the wingspan is compared to the Lancaster!

I forgot to post progress I made a few days ago.

Something has gone wrong with the resin nose.

Basically, compared to the width and height of the kit fuselage there seems a noticeable difference when trying to just fix the resin nose on.

I am 99% positive I cut the fuselage in the right place, just slightly taking off part of the cockpit edge.

So, in order to try to sort this problem I have added about 4mm of plasticard.....

This has got to be tapered, but there is still a step, so out with the filler.

The other thing I wanted to do was change the Lanc tails to look more like Lincoln ones, so here is my attempt (which still needs a little tidying up)....

Thanks for looking.
