Found on Hyperscale this morning. It may interest some of you. Finnish Defense Forces has finally digitized its whole archive of WWII photos and made them freely available here: http://sa-kuva.fi/ The site is also available in English. The picture captions are in Finnish and word searches can only be made using Finnish words. All the approximately 160,000 photographs can be freely downloaded and used as long as the source is given. |
