I wasn't going to do another build for this GB, but whlist reading a book on the NMustang I saw an opportunity to do something a little different.

So, here is the kit

Interesting, on the Italeri site it says there is only one set of markings.

Reminds me of that P-40 over in Chino :cool. You've just reminded me that I have this kit in the stash and if I get around to it I may build the RAF one for the GB if I get time. I picked up the new tool Airfix Mustang of the RAF example at the weekend for £6 from Wilko's. Why do one when you could do both! :lol:

I don't know if it is just me but she looks naked and unnatural without markings,
it is a nice finish though and makes it looks different.

I've just seen the photos in the Gallery and it looks a lot better there, don't ask me why though.
