:rant :bang: I take it all back about the fit of this kit

the engines just dont fit at all there are gaps everywhere so bad ive had to walk away from it this morning. Ill go back later when ive calmed down

I started one about 20 years ago, started to fit the engines and gave up, still part built upstairs, didn't have the parts you can get now (p.e. etc). one day nill start it again and with a bit of perseverance I ll finish it, yours looks a treat in the cockpit, good luck with them engine bays :dead

Too late now, but I found that the only way I could get even a reasonable fit was to attach the nacelles to the lower wing halves, before adding the top halves. Still needed an awful lot of test-fitting (and unfriendly "persuasion",) before it looked reasonable, though.
