I like it. It could have been a lot worse. I expected just a 40 on the tail if the anniversary was to be even marked at all.

I'd like to see some other views of it!
It looks a bit wierd at first, but I like to see special markings on anything painted a dull, bland grey.

The voices told me to do it!
Looks a bit underwhelming imo. Why can't we do special schemes as well the Germans? :whistle

Budgets, contractors, red tape and them at the top.

Apparently, XX154 overflew Dunsfold today to re-visit its birthplace. Not pushing the boat out very far for a celebration!

I appreciate any special scheme in this day and age, and understand that with reduced budgets in the MOD, we're lucky to see pretty much anything as the easy way out would be to do nothing. I look forward to seeing airborne shots of this Tornado scheme.

I have to agree. Not a fan of special schemes.

I understand the reasoning behind them and it is nice to see special occaisions being marked, but I wouldn't be laying these down in plastic. Much prefer proper war colours (even if they are grey.)

I like specials but only if they are done well.

Special tails are fine but I prefer when they go all out.

Sadly, this one doesn't float my boat :redface
