Airfix 1:7 BAe Hawk T.Mk.1. (A50149) RAF Benevolent Fund Display Hawk, XX245 No 208 (R) Squadron RAF Valley 2009. Really like making these 1:72 Hawks, the only bad fitting part appears to be the rear instrument panel which I always have to trim. Despite their complexity the decals went on very well (just noticed the fin/fuselage area could use a little attention) but no decals were provided for the inner flap actuator which I painted with Hu 134; 25 and 85 instead. Now working on the 2012 RAFBF version which is just a little more involved. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

That is a lovely build mate. I made this one myself and have to confess that the decals were a dream to install. |
