Has anyone made the most of black friday week yet? Sadly Im waiting until payday which oddly enough is friday but I have made some bargains. Ive just got an xboxone (That a box thingy that makes pictures Derek) so I bought Halo box set for £29 and Frozen on blu ray for £6.97. There was also all those books I posted the link for the other day. I see airfix are running black friday deals but sadly at the minute there is nothing (apart from the lynx) I would call good as its the same as all the stuff they kept sending the emails out about before. I see wonderland are also joining in so that may be worth a look. But the winner is amazon, I don't give a rats arse about there taxes etc because they make up for it by selling us stuff at stonking prices. But some of there deals are mental and Ive spent all my 'spare' cash until friday So, anyone picked up anything good yet? |

No spontaneous shopping for me, but just to highlight, if you've not played it, as far as I'm concerned 'Halo - Reach' is the towering pinnacle of those games so far. Starts off maybe just a wee bit ho-hum but really gets going. You should be able to find a fairly inexpensive copy by now - but don't overlook it under any circumstances. |

Bought something from the Airfix sale earlier in the morning, but looking back at their sales pages, there's been some updates and additions. If you've not looked for a couple of days, it might be worth a second look. http://www.airfix.com/shop/black-friday-sale.html?p=1 |

Other than Airfix and Wonderland, do any other traders have a Black Friday sale on? I'm working through the list of ones I can remember. |

From what ive seen the only one I could find is Eduard with 15% off for non BFC members and 30% for BFC members. Shame really as they lost out on all my OT money as I splashed that on xbox one games instead |

I'm hoping to come across someone doing a deal on weathering products, etc. Wouldn't say no to more armour kits either. I'm developing a taste. |

Well, I succumbed last night. I thought "**** it, who needs to eat for the rest of the month anyway?" and purchased a pair of 1/48 Spitfire MkI-II's and a PR/refueling conversion for the Valiant I don't yet have (well it was only £1.99) Pretty much everything else decent was sold out, altho I was severely tempted by the E-boat at £9.99 (MTB would have been a definite, but was sold out) |
